Shipping Policy

This policy explains processing, carrier usage, tracking, and package-delay responsibilities.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment verification.

Shipping carrier

Orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Service level (for example Priority Mail or Ground Advantage) depends on destination and package weight and size.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Refunds after shipment

We do not offer refunds once an order has shipped. By the time you receive a tracking number, your piece is final sale — see our No Return Policy for details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping delays are outside our direct control.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking-related inquiries.
